The idea behind creating is that what's to create
an app that's and get a chance to previously
incarcerated individuals. And if they can give
those individuals a sense of redemption and
forgiveness within oneself from the lesson learned
and time they are spent incarcerated a chance to be
a part of society again.

Research
Do you know that most job Searchers who have
been previously incarcerated are more likely
to get overlooked due to their background history?
Did you also know that most HR and hiring managers
are biased towards people with criminal backgrounds?
Even though the application claims anyone can submit
one and have a chance to view but that's not always
the case.
About 68% of state prisoners are rearrested within three years of release, and the rate increases over time.
Personas
William was recently released a year ago on murder charges,
involving an accident of a child in a entertainment amusement
Park. till this day he never forgives himself for what happened
at the amusement park due to the malfunction of one of the
animatronics. He was known as an engineer and has been trying to get back
in his field, but due to his background it was tough. until
he found the app Forgive and redeemed where there are
employers looking for people like him.

and redeem he found jobs that would treat him with respect
like any other employee and give him a chance

him even though he did murder, his family owns a pharmacy
where he works but he chose not to go back and work with

wireframing & Lofi
I started with creating a few concept ideas and Looking
for senses of inspiration, I looked at other apps such as
Glassdoor and Indeed. I looked at how they layout jobs how
you can upload your resume and also clinical jobs that are
close to your skill set and background. So I decided to go
based on those layouts. It's a little bit of inspiration.
That's when I decided to maybe come up with a brand logo and a
name. I came up with 3 Logos and 2 titles.
Next was the logo the 1st logo was a bird being released,
the other was a hand clenching a halo. The bird symbolizes
the individual that was Previously incarcerated Being
set free back into the world. But I feel as if that
brand logo message would get lost.
I decided to go with the clenched fist and the
halo as a representation of redemption as if grabbing
your angel's halo back Or taking charge. At 1st it
was just a hand clenching a halo But decided also
to add flames to the halo as if To symbolize an
Angel going through trial. And that's how we came
out with forgive and redeem With the Typeface being
Adobe Garamond.
Hifi
putting the mobile to work I decided to start off with
a login page and also give the experience of the user
logging in saying what county they reside in and what
charges they had to their name after completing those
steps they will be given a list of jobs by employers
that are accepting them not only that they will receive
job offers on their skills & interest.
I made the icon using Adobe Photoshop I did thought
about I decided to go with the Simplicity
of the use of shapes.
Now with my design kit laid out and ready along
my design plan I decided to put the plan into
motion by taking ideas for my Lo-Fi and take
it into my hi-fi with a little ideation tweaks
and color. Along with this I also added more
interactivity with the use of prototypes animations
here is the final product

with that that's when I came out with my final
product dine and watch.
